Passports are the required form of documentation for all cruiselines. It is the guest's responsibility to inquire if you will need a Visa to enter the United States or any of the ports we will be visiting. (US citizens and Canadian citizens do not require a Visa). Any guest travelling without proper documentation will not be allowed to board the vessel and no refund of the cruise fare will be issued.When completing your booking form, please confirm that the names you provide are your legal names as they appear on your passport. Please complete all required information accurately in order to make the booking process run as smoothly as possible. Failure to complete all information will result in us having to return your booking form, which may cause delays in being able to secure the cabin of your choice.

When booking your flight, ensure that you arrive into Miami no later than 1:00 pm on February 12/11 and after the cruise, your flight should not depart until after 1:00 pm on February 19/11. When flying into Fort Lauderdale ensure flights arrive no later than 12:00 pm and your flight should not depart until after 1:00 pm on February 19/11. It is also recommended, if flying from a winter location where weather may be an issue, please consider flying in a day earlier. A list of hotels in the Miami area can be provided with a special rate. If you require assistance with air booking we charge a $35.00 research/booking fee per person in US dollars.

Third and Fourth Passengers in a stateroom are subject to availability at time of booking and not guaranteed. Third and fourth passenger rates are available upon request. As the registration form only has space for 2 passengers travelling together, complete a second form and fax with a cover letter explaining that both registration forms are for one cabin.
Single Rates are available to passengers upon request and will be charged at 200% of the fare for the selected accommodation.
Airport Transfers can be purchased from the cruise line between the airport and the pier for the cost of $31.60 US per person roundtrip from the Miami airport or $58.00 US per person roundtrip from the Fort Lauderdale airport. In order to purchase transfers, you must provide us with your flight schedule.
Initial Deposit: $250.00 US per person ($100.00 non refundable).$150.00 is refundable up to December 5, 2010 - final payment.Final Payment: The balance owing will automatically be processed on your credit card on December 5, 2010. If your credit card has expired before final payment is to be made, please contact us with your new credit card number and expiry date.

IMPORTANT: The ships provide many amenities for our meeting group. Private rooms, Dining arrangements, Cocktail Receptions and more.
